We were appointed by the Client / Developer to conduct a peer review of design and commissioning management duties for this £350 million shopping mall. Duties included review all aspects of M&E services design, liaise with Project Manager and Shopping Centre Management to co-ordinate to commissioning and future maintenance. Works included natural ventilation of the mall area, underfloor heating within the mall area, all M&E services within landlord’s areas, life safety systems.
