Meet the Directors
The people behind the purpose
Thomas is an Incorporated Engineer (IEng, MIET) with 20+ years’ experience in building services design, joint leading Henderson Warnock since 2013. His background spans both consultancy and contractor roles, with particular depth across educational, residential and public-sector projects.

Power infrastructure & distribution · Fire & life-safety systems (detection, alarm, interlocks, NFCC L5) · Emergency power & lighting · CCTV, security & access control · Condition surveys of electrical services · Energy efficiency design (BREEAM) · BIM development · H&S compliance (ACoP)
Peter has 28+ years’ experience in the design and management of building services, with particular depth in specialised MEP design and build. He leads Henderson Warnock’s mechanical design team and became Joint Managing Director alongside Thomas in 2021, following a management buyout.
