Project Overview
Henderson Warnock is delivering the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) engineering design for the fit-out and reconfiguration of office space at Pinners Hall, London.
The project focuses on creating a flexible, modern workplace within an existing commercial building, with building services fully integrated to support performance, efficiency and future adaptability.
Our Role
Our appointment covers detailed MEP design through to construction support. Working closely with the wider design team, we are ensuring services are carefully coordinated within the constraints of the existing building fabric.
Key Services
Heating, cooling and ventilation design
Power distribution and lighting systems
Fire alarm and life-safety coordination
Public health and drainage services
Integration with existing building infrastructure
Commissioning and handover support
BIM & Digital Delivery
The project is being delivered using fully coordinated BIM models to enhance buildability and reduce risk.
Our BIM scope includes:
Federated MEP models aligned with architectural and structural design
Clash detection and coordinated design reviews
Builders’ work and services coordination
Ongoing model updates to reflect site progression
This digitally led approach improves construction accuracy and supports a smooth transition from design through to delivery.
